As a coach with a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I specialize in supporting people who are navigating faith transitions, religious deconstruction, and the process of reclaiming their authentic selves. Currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Saybrook University (expected Fall 2026), I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, Person-Centered, and Holistic frameworks—not in a clinical sense, but as inspiration for creating a supportive and empowering coaching relationship.

My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to share their stories, ask hard questions, and discover new ways of making meaning in life. I lead with curiosity and compassion, honoring each person’s unique worldview and lived experience. Through active listening, empathy, and thoughtful reflection, I strive to help clients gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and connect more deeply with their values and identity.

In my coaching practice, I encourage clients to explore their beliefs, relationships, and personal narratives in ways that foster growth and resilience. I believe that authentic connection—with ourselves and with others—is central to well-being, and I see my role as walking alongside clients as they build lives of greater freedom, confidence, and authenticity.

Ultimately, I am passionate about people and growth, and I find deep joy in witnessing the courage and transformation that comes when clients embrace their own healing journeys.
